The Vampire Squid is a boss from the 2020 Game. She is a normal vampire squid who was possessed by a Ghost.
Appearance[]
While being possessed by a Ghost, the Vampire Squid looks largely like she did before, but is pale and has a sadistic grin with two visible fangs, and a thin forked tongue that would sometimes appear as she roared in outrage. When covered by her tentacles, her ghost face still appears on the outside of her body, where her normal face cannot.
Biography[]
When the Boss Ghost summoned the Ghosts to the ocean, this Ghost possessed a Vampire Squid. She fought Momo by quickly rushing her, but required one spell to turn aside. However, she quickly realized when this didn't work, and instead approached while covered by her spiky, armored tentacles. In this form, it took many repeated spells to break her defenses, but she moved much slower. When Momo defeated her, the ghost possessing her was killed, setting the Vampire Squid free.
